Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be processed only in the following situations:
- You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- You share a complete unboxing video without any cuts or pauses clearly showing:
- The parcel in sealed condition
- The unpacking process
- The damaged or defective product
Unboxing video is mandatory for refund approval.
Refunds Will NOT Be Accepted If:
- The product is reported as damaged without an unboxing video
- The video is edited, unclear, or incomplete
- The video is shared after 48 hours of delivery
- The product has been used, washed, or altered
- Damage occurred due to mishandling after delivery
Exchange Option
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. This is subject to product availability.
Refund Method
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method or UPI account.
- Processing time: 5–7 working days after return verification.
