- You received a wrong product
- The product is damaged or defective
2. Return Conditions
- Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Photos/videos may be requested as proof before approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-stitched or altered garments
- Products purchased under discounts/offers
- Products returned after use or damage by customer
4. Refund or Replacement
- Upon successful return approval, we offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund (for prepaid orders)
